MACH Complete is an integrated production and operations platform designed for manufacturers. The platform delivers live machine data, production scheduling, and reporting within one system, with no Manufacturing Execution System (MES) required. When a problem occurs on the shop floor, MACH surfaces it immediately to the operators and decision-makers positioned to act on it, while there is still time to influence the outcome.

THE PLATFORM

MACH supports both single-plant and multi-plant operations. Plant managers and supervisors use the platform to monitor live shift performance, schedulers use it to plan against actual capacity, and continuous improvement leaders draw from one shared data set for reporting.

The platform is organized into three components. MACH Monitor connects to machines and captures run state, downtime classification, and production counts in real time. MACH Schedule converts orders into multi-step operations on a drag-and-drop timeline that responds to live floor conditions. MACH Hub serves as the reporting and analytics layer, consolidating Monitor and Schedule data into a single operational history.

MACH is hardware agnostic, connecting to both modern and legacy equipment - including older machines without their own network connection - and feeding existing BI and data platforms without requiring custom integration work.

The platform runs entirely on azure, with machines transmitting data over Azure Event Grid. Shop-floor telemetry lands in the same cloud environment that a customer's IT organization already administers and secures, reducing the overhead typically associated with adopting a new operational system.
